Job Description
- 9-10 Years of experience as a developer and strong knowledge in various designing tools and techniques CSS and HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, angular JS, React Js Photo shop, Dream weaver, Flash, and Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience working with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences.
- Experience in building websites in Magento 2. x Frontend Development
- Deep knowledge of Customization of Magento Themes as per requirements. Knowledge in node JS, VueJS , and ReactJS with Redux for Remix. NextJS (and or) NuxtJS
- Ability to think like a customer (see not their own, but the user’s perspective)
- Ability to communicate well with peers, cross-functional groups, and international customers (excellent spoken and written English language skills),
- Holds self to the highest levels of professional code of conduct, ethics, and values, always presenting true information Ability to effectively communicate project solutions, process improvements, new trends, and technologies [and more] to executive leaders.
- Responsible for the effective communication of the proposed solutions to a client during the solution development phase of a project.
- Ability to collaborate with various internal teams (PMO, Creative, Delivery, Managed Services, Client Success), and 3rd party vendors).
- Ability to deliver multiple medium-complexity projects or a large highly complex program.
- Creates technical specifications, low-level design documents, code and unit test plans and strategies for the entire project.
- Leads development activities for the entire project(s) including writing high-quality code, helping team members meet coding and quality standards.
- Identifies risks, creates mitigation strategies and plans, and executes them in a timely manner, keeps all stakeholders and the project manager informed about the progress, as well as escalates to the right levels at the right times (ensuring zero surprises).
- Monitor the work done by her/his team members, mentor them to reach the next level, and is accountable for team deliverables.
