Job Description
- Minimum 6 to 7 Years of developer experience and/or meets the following criteria. Expert knowledge as a software developer in multiple technologies like ASP.net, MVC, JQuery, and SQL server
- Absolutely solid knowledge and understanding of coding strategy and implementations involving jQuery and related front-end programming will be essential.
- Understanding of best practices around code repository management, and deployment strategies is essential. Any prior experience on CI/CD will be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Able to understand existing code and functionality. Good analytical and debugging skills to review client requirements and adjust already existing code to achieve enhancements or implement new functionality.
- Function independently in complex projects owning a large functionality, or a part of a large project. Zeal to learn operates outside her/his comfort zone, quickly acquires new skills, and performs at a level higher.
- Independently designs and develops medium to highly complex code segments. Review and discuss approaches, solutions, and feasibility analysis with the customer to ensure no discrepancy in understanding or expectations.
- Demonstrate great sense of responsibility and initiative to own the project and the deliverables. Establish confidence and maintain a great relationship with the client to be the primary point of contact.
- Communicates with all levels of organization, internal, cross-functional, and external, and keeps stakeholders up to date on project development status.
- Has a keen focus on application performance and user experience. Understanding of tools related to application performance, memory leaks, etc. will be a great advantage.
